Electronics Repairs Pricing Policy
Standard device inspection charge is £30
(This is to do an open device inspection and find out what is wrong with a device)
9am to 5pm are our normal opening hours and is a Standard hourly rate of £50 per hour
5pm to 9am are considered Emergency work hours and is charged at an hourly rate of £100 per hour
We do provide an emergency 24 hour call out service.
9am to 5pm is a Standard call out charge of £50 per up to 10 mile radius
5pm to 9am Emergency call out charge £100 per between 10 to 20 mile radius
We do provide special services and discounts for people whom are on benefits or who are considered disabled.
Warranty
Each repair case is given a 30 day warranty to make sure customers are happy with repair work.
Every repair case is recorded to ensure repair work is carried out correctly.
If a warranty claim is raised claiming that a repair has failed or was not repaired properly the item must be returned for inspection immediately where a recorded diagnostic exam will take place to find the failure.
If a diagnostic examination finds that previous repair work has not failed or is not the cause of the failure the customer will be notified immediately by telephone.
Electronics Repair Service
We provide basic and advanced level repairs across a wide variety of electronics. We don’t just repair electronics we also design electronics circuits and systems. We have extensive knowledge in electrical engineering as well as other fields of engineering. This includes CAD design engineering, system design engineering as well as mechanical engineering and robotics.
We always aim for perfection with every electronics repair. We record every electronics repair to make sure every repair is done to an exacting standard. We also utilise a range of camera technology to help with repairs including thermal imaging equipment and cmount cameras mounted to every microscope. Recording helps us improve and keep a clear record of events and keep a record of past repairs. This helps us save time if similar failures have happened before in previous repairs.
